# Change Snippets

A personalized customer greeting can help to better engage your customers. 

To use it, you need to configure it once at the beginning. To greet your customers differently, simply click on `Setting > Snippets.`

Now select the desired language.

Now you can search for the required text module. Here ''Personalized customer greeting''

Now select the desired text module and change it to the way you want to greet your customers. *PS: %name% is a placeholder for the name of your customer.*
